I received the same J. Crew watch for Christmas, and I love it.
However, the band is too long. If I hold a regular Timex with a regular two-piece leather band face-to-face with the new J. Crew Timex, I can see that their black fabric band is considerably longer. My wrist may be a bit smaller than average, but I have never had a problem wearing a conventional watchband. I hoping there is some kind of adjustment that I am not aware of. Sadly, it may just have to be returned. Any advice will be appreciated.
It is not all cabled forearms and sprezzatura... prefer equal opportunity at 10e. Via JCrew.
